  • Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) version of the JP Morgan Fixed-Rate Deposit, administered in Canada by Chase Management (JP Morgan Bank Canada).
  • Fixed annual rate of 5.25% over a 1-year term, 5.75% over 2 years or 6.25% over 3 years — you choose the term and the rate is confirmed before the account opens.
  • Interest is earned tax-free inside the TFSA and is not reported as income.
  • Minimum CAD 25,000, subject to your available TFSA contribution room.
  • Interest paid every six months, annually, or compounded.
  • CDIC eligible up to CAD 100,000, including principal and interest; registered accounts such as a TFSA are covered as a separate insured category from your non-registered deposits with the same member.
  • Early access available: funds are released within 48 hours of the withdrawal request, with interest paid up to the date of withdrawal.
